Remodeling & Reconstruction
Daly & Zilch excels in redesigning, remodeling, and reconstructing homes and commercial spaces. Over the years, we've continuously found innovative ways to breathe new life into properties, enhancing both their functionality and aesthetics.
One of our most remarkable achievements was the restoration and reconstruction of the Central Citrus Business Park in Lecanto, which now houses our headquarters and four other thriving businesses. Originally a dilapidated building, we envisioned and transformed it into a modern, energy-efficient office park, revitalizing the area and creating a functional space for multiple small businesses.

Design Build
As a full-service General Contractor, Daly & Zilch offers a Design-Build option, allowing us to handle every aspect of your construction project from start to finish. Instead of working with multiple contractors and consultants, you work with just one entity—us. We manage the entire process with your knowledge, approvals, and input, ensuring a smooth and coordinated experience.
The Design-Build approach integrates the design, permitting, and construction phases, leading to a more efficient, streamlined process. Our skilled team of designers, architects, and construction crews works in tandem, often reducing the overall delivery schedule and minimizing risks for the owner.
